Syncing iPhone is an easy process but often people find it confusing. Below we are giving the exact steps to sync iPhone contacts with Google:
- Open Settings in your iPhone
- Go to Contacts > Accounts
- Now go to Add Account > Google
- You will be asked to log into your Google account. If you’re using 2-step verification, you will receive a code on your mobile phone as usual. Sign into Google.
- Now your iOS (i.e. the operating system in your iPhone) will connect with Google and Google will seek your permission to allow iOS to access and manage your mail, contacts etc. Tap on Accept to allow.
- You will see what all items from your Gmail could be accessed on your iPhone. Make sure Contacts toggle is set to ON (i.e. it should be green)
Now your iPhone Contacts app will sync with your Gmail / Google Contacts. But syncing will happen only when you will open the Contacts app in your iPhone. So, after following the above mentioned steps, you should open the Contacts app in iPhone. When you will do so, you will notice that your mobile data transfer icon will begin to spin. This means that the iPhone is transferring data to and from Google Contacts. You should keep the Contacts app open as long as the spinner shows data transfer. This will ensure that all your contacts are synced.
Afterwards too, whenever you will open Contacts app, iPhone will check if there is a newly added contact in your iPhone. If there would be new contacts, syncing will again take place.
Existing iPhone Contacts are not Syncing with Google Account
Before setting up your iPhone to sync with Google account, if you already had Contacts in your iPhone, they may not get synced with Google. Only those contacts will be synced which will be added after sync is setup. To get around this problem you will have to export iPhone contacts and import them manually into Google account. On your computer, go to https://outlook.live.com and sign in with your Hotmail account. Click on the People icon on the bottom left of the page. This will open the page of your contacts. You can review them here to check that all contacts have been synced properly.
On your Redmi Note, head to Settings—Accounts & sync and add your Outlook (Hotmail) account. Next, go to Settings—Applications—Outlook—Permissions and enable Contacts. All your contacts should now be synced with your Android phone.
There is another way to transfer the contacts. On your iPhone, download the Google Drive app. Sign in with your Gmail account. If you do not have one, create an account from this app. Click on the hamburger menu on the top-left of the app and go to Settings—Backup. You will be able to transfer your iPhone Contacts, Calendar, Photos and videos to Google.
Now, just sign in to your new Android phone with that same Google account. You will get everything back.

Go to Start on your desktop screen and type Control Panel. Once it shows up in the search results, open it. After this, click on System.
On the right, open “Advanced system settings”. Select the Hardware tab and click on “Device Installation Settings”. Choose No and save the changes.
Once you have installed the correct driver for your keyboard, revert to the original settings as Microsoft recommends you do this.

This is a known problem in Mi A3 phones with Android 11. Xiaomi has promised another update to fix the problem. Check whether this update is available or not.

WhatsApp does not allow you to share a video file that is over 64MB. You have to somehow reduce the size of the video file.
Download the video to your computer. Go to https://handbrake.fr and instal the Handbrake application on your computer. It is available for macOS, Windows and Linux. The best part is that it is free.
Choose the source for your video file by browsing to the relevant folder on your computer. Next, click on the downward-facing arrow on Presets. Choose Web—Gmail Large 3 Minutes. This will encode the video of up to three minutes and make the size 25MB or less. Press Start to begin the encoding. Once done, you can share the video through WhatsApp Web on your computer.
