VA copay bills delayed due to COVID-19

Information on the three options for checking and paying VA copay bills.

By Brad Nelson, Chief Public Affairs and Veteran Engagement

Due to COVID-19 the VA has been unable to mail bills to Veterans for copays, and a consolidated bill will be mailed in the future. However, Veterans can still check balances and make payments using one of three options:
1. Call 1-888-827-4817
2. Online at www.pay.gov
3. Mail to: Oscar G. Johnson VAMC
Attn: VA Medical Center Cashier
325 East H Street
Iron Mountain, MI 49801
There will be no interest or administrative fees charges.
If you have any questions or would like to check your balance, you may call the North Central Consolidated Payment Accounts Center at 906-774-3300 (toll free 800-215-8262), extension 33530.
